VERSACHEM HI-TEMP BLACK SILICONE BLISTER

A high-performance, moisture-curing RTV silicone sealant for forming flexible, durable gaskets on automotive components.

• Single-component RTV silicone.
• Cures into strong, flexible rubber.
• Suitable for valve covers, oil pans, intake manifold seals, water pumps, transmission pans, cam covers, thermostat housings.
• OEM approved and oxygen sensor safe.
• Forms gaskets that resist aging, cracking, shrinking, and hardening
• Νon-corrosive to steel, iron, and aluminium.
• Sets in 8–10 minutes, fully cures in 12–24 hours.
• Continuous temperature resistance: –54°C to +204°C.
• Intermittent resistance: up to +343°C.
• Low odour and low volatile formula.
• Resists water, motor oil, transmission fluids and most synthetic oils (excluding friction modifier additives)
• Not recommended for use in constant contact with petrol or in pure oxygen/chlorine systems
