Maintains permanent elasticity after curing.
Excellent adhesion on various materials.
Resistant to ageing.
Low modulus.
Neutral curing.
Temperature resistance: -60°C to +180°C.

Ideal for a wide range of applications including:

common building joints with high movement,
top sealing in glazing on aluminium, PVC, wood,
expansion joints between various construction materials,
sealing between PVC, treated wooden, metal profiles and glass,
sealing building and construction joints,
highly suitable for sanitary rooms and humid spaces such as showers, bathtubs, (tiled) walls, between walls and washbasins, between floors and toilet etc.,
sealing joints in kitchens.

Not suitable for PE, PP, P.T.F.E. (Teflon®), bitumen, natural stone, copper or copper-containing materials such as bronze and brass.

Working Conditions: apply at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C.

Surface requirements: surfaces must be solid, dry, clean, free from dust and grease.
