Once inside the tyre, the sealant spreads as the wheel turns and its Fibro-Seal fibres plug the hole from the inside, so the tyre holds air again. This is a temporary repair only: have the tyre properly repaired or replaced within 3 days or 160 km.

Instructions for Use

Wear protective gloves. Turn the wheel so the valve is in the upper half of the tyre. Slowly remove the valve core with the tool in the cap and let the tyre deflate fully. Remove the object that caused the puncture, if possible. Attach the hose to the valve and squeeze the sealant into the tyre. Put the valve core back and inflate the tyre to the recommended pressure, using the compressor of the Slime Smart Repair Kit or any 12V car compressor. Drive about 300 m, then stop and check that the hole is sealed and the pressure is correct.
